DESCRIPTION
The U.S. Weather Bureau Type Rain & Snow Gauge is a professional-grade tool designed to provide precise rainfall and snowfall measurements. Made from durable all-aluminum materials, this gauge is built to withstand harsh weather conditions while maintaining accurate performance.
The gauge features a 10:1 ratio funnel system, delivering 1˝ of rainfall as 10˝ of water to the anodized aluminum receiver, allowing for readings as precise as 0.01˝. With a total capacity of 20˝ of rainfall, this gauge is perfect for professionals in meteorology, agriculture, and hydrology.
For snowfall measurements, the receiver and funnel can be detached, enabling direct measurement of snow accumulation. The gauge comes with a black lamacoid measuring stick for easy reading.
